Specific Session Time Reservations:  Specific session times are not guaranteed unless the client chooses to purchase the session time regardless of attendance. Sessions are booked upon request and receipt of payment.

Payment: Sessions are reserved upon payment receipt. 

24 Hour Cancellation Policy: Sessions are charged in the event a cancellation is not made at least 24 hours prior.

Package Expiration: Introductory Package expires 4 weeks from date of purchase. All other packages expire 12 months after purchase. 

Wellness Policy:  Kindly cancel in the event of fever within the last 24 hrs, in addition to any sign of Flu,  Covid, or heavy congestion with coughing or sneezing.
